After you accept the proposal, you can deliver your products to our studio via drop-off or shipping. Please wait for confirmation of your shoot request and proposal before sending anything, and make sure all items are included. Once we receive them, we’ll verify the contents and issue an invoice for 30% of the total. We hold your products until final approval to allow for any necessary color matching or reshoots.

Once the shoot is complete, our post-production team gets to work. Every image goes through careful retouching to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with your brand. Standard post-production takes up to 7 business days.

Need it sooner? We offer expedited options for faster turnaround, just let us know your timeline, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Once your shoot is complete, we’ll send you a private link where you can review and approve your images. You’ll have up to 10 business days to carefully look through the gallery and request any revisions if needed, we’re here to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

If everything looks great, just confirm your approval and we’ll move forward with the final invoice for the remaining 70% of the project total. Once payment is received, your images will be available for download and fully yours to use.
